One of my favorite things to cook AND eat, is a curry!
This is a traditional South African dish, called a Bunny Chow! Please dont let the name scare you off. There are no little bunnies in the recipe. It is a hollowed out loaf (half loaf) of bread, filled with an amazing Durban curry. Durban is my home town in South Africa and also the origin of the bunny chow and home to a large Indian population. The most common curries used in a Bunny Chow are chicken, lamb and mutton. Take your pick!

Take a beautiful fresh whole loaf of bread and scoop out the soft warm inside. Fill it with your favorite curry! ...and dig in! Hands and all! Maybe a fork if you feeling a little more refined! Enjoy!
