Being a sole chef aboard a yacht means 1 thing... Work!
Keeping crew happy, fit and healthy is a fulltime job. Throwing 12-16 guests who expect everything under the sun is a little more to add to the plate. Now, bare in mind that you are the pastry, commis, head & sous chef, the kitchen porter and the everything in between. As well as a crew member of a floating 5 start hotel.

I do this because I love it, the places I go and see, the people I see it with and the great food I get to cook and create. The experiences that you could only ever imagine, become reality. Being pushed to the boundaries with every meal served, having to constantly keep up with cooking trends, learn new dishes and reach higher levels of difficulty, makes this job rewarding and self preserving.
